Lockman Homebuilding Co.

Lockman Homebuilding Co. was founded in 2006 by Patrick Lockman. The son of a home builder himself, Patrick Lockman carried on his father’s signature craftsmanship style and attention to detail.

Lockman Homebuilding Co. elects to build only a select few houses each year. Stylistically, these houses look right at home in some of Decatur’s most historic neighborhoods, but feature all of the amenities and innovations of modern day.

Lockman has constructed eighteen houses across Atlanta as of today, with more still currently under construction. Like Amplify Decatur, Lockman strives to use their earnings to combat homelessness.

Lockman’s “Buy One, Build One” program promises to build a house for a family in need for each Lockman property that is sold. Amplify Decatur commends Lockman Homebuilding Co. for these efforts, and appreciates their continued support.
